Training
Coordinator
Job Description :
- Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- Prepare for annual training plan
- Use accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques
- Manage and maintain in house training facilities and equipment
Shipping Controller
Job Description :
- Received shipment request for shipmen plan
- Response for all finish good storage
- Organize packing crew to packing items that have been passed from final inspection
- Responsible to prepared KPI data
- Document filling for all item/voice dispatch
Requirements
- Education Min D-III with relevant subject
- Experience min 3 years of position same
- Able english
- Good communication and interpersonal skill and diligent
- Must be able to work in a multi discipline team environment
- Good Knowledge for MS Office
